I don’t set an alarm. I wake up when I’m ready which is 8 to 9 hours.

Glad I live in Pennsylvania.  Just the right amount each night.

I'm lucky to get 5 hours.

I automatically wake up 6-7 hours after I go to bed. Once my eyes open I am out and ready to go!

Hi Peter Mohylsky - Welcome to ActiveRain -  I don't use an alarm but am usually up by 4:30 am or 5 am every day. I either fall asleep on the couch watching TV or if possible take a nap in the afternoon on rare occasions. 

I have been told that I can sleep when I am dead! ;-)

I usually get around 10.  I can do some king kong sleep, always have.

I'm in Hawaii, ranges from an average of 6-7.5 hours. Fine for me!

Usually 7'ish; don't think I ever got the recommended 8. Easier to jump out of bed when it's sunny and beautiful outside, like in Hawaii.

Sleep is typically not an issue for me, Peter Mohylsky ... I sleep like a baby.   My wife kids me that I call asleep on the way down to my pillow.  She, on the other hand, has a totally different experience.  How she maintains and functions, I'll never know ...
