Looked up all the loan officers I have recommended none made the list. Does this have to do with Mr Cooper? I have heard numerous agents mention issues with them.

     No favorites. I list ALL the local bankers and options, phone numbers, who the branch manager is. Local matters more than ever and these lenders have sticks ad bricks in the area economy. Not using nation's largest or gaining any kick back other than good quality fast local banks that are like David vs Goliath for speed. 

     Win win win to use local lenders. Promote them all John Meussner. When local real estate buyers who need lending use a lender from some other solar system, multiple hour time zones away, things go south and and the chances to get to a closing on time or at all are slim to none.

There are at least 8000 "Independent Mortgage Brokers" who are losing sleep as of late! I think this lawsuit has more teeth than the allegations brought up against NAR. I've got my popcorn ready.
