I try to change up the links since there are so many places that we are 'expected' to have reviews. 

I was in a meeting yesterday and was told that we have a good return rate on our 3rd-party questionnaires that are sent via snail mail. They are given the option to go to a link online and complete the survey but, the majority actually hand write their responses and drop the stamped cards back in the mail!

I don't, primarily because of my business model.  When I do, I ask for them in the top 3 places.  Zillow, Realtor and Google.

Yes sometimes but only if it was a smooth deal on every-ones part. I try to make both sides of a transaction as easy as humanly possible but that's just me I guess. Hope you are well.

Yes I do Joan and use them in promoting myself. If they won't or are hesitant to give me one I ask why. My goal is always self-improvementand. I truly  welcome feedback, even if it is negative. It helps me become a better agent. Even the so-called best agents make mistakes so why not solicit them.

not immediately after settlement, buyers especially have a few things to attend to like moving.  Even when fairly certain client will endorse I always send a courtesy email request first, "___, would you be willing to say a few words to endorse me if I sent you a link?  This removes the taking for granted aspect.  Courtesy first.
