Having retired six years ago as a Real Estate Broker/Owner I quickly found I was not truly ready to fully retire. Having been a Notary Public and Mobile Notary for the State of North Dakota since 2004 I decided to pick that up again and open an office in downtown Minot. My office is located at 201 South Main Street, Lower Level, Minot ND 58701. I work out of my office as well as The Titus & Philemon Art Gallery. Please give me a call for all your notary needs.

Certifications
I hung up my Real Estate sales hat after years as a Real Estate Broker, Broker Associate, and a Real Estate Sales Professional. I am still working as a Notary Public (21 years of experience) and a certified Signing Agent through the National Association of Notaries. My office is in "The Heritage Building" at 201 Main Street South, Suite 100, Minot ND but as a Mobile Notary I will also notarize simple documents anywhere in the City Limits of Minot for a traveling fee of $20.00 plus the $5.00 fee per page notarized (fees for home purchase and home refinancing will be negotiated through a closing company or the bank that originates the papers).
