I have not. I do not recall a time when it would be fitting and appropriate. Most people expect to see color photos in the MLS and marketing material.

Personally, I love black and white photography. But I can't say I've ever used it for MLS nor do I recall seeing black and white photos.

Nope and I don't recall seeing it. But B and W photos can be quite striking, depending on the subject.

Cool. But silly not to have color in marketing. It's a listing not an art project.

I can't recall doing it but I believe  I have seen it used before as a photo(one or two, not all) when a historic property is being sold. I am careful of saying NEVER.

Not a good idea in this day of age. I like B&W photos growning up watching black and white TV.

MLS is not an art contest!

We hire a professional photographer to show the features of the house to their best advantage.

I can't say I ever have - except perhaps a plat map for a lot buried under snow so we had something to show the property.

Co-founder of my brokerage had a listing that had some old B&W photos that came from an old magazine or newspaper article. They were from when the home was built and an article about the home was written. She did post them on the MLS, but it was nothing like the example you posted.
