Hi Roger... to me business casual is still nice trousers, a nice shirt and blazer.

 Business casual is a shirt, slacks  and a sports coat.

I think sports coat is what I'd wear in your shoes for winter.

I would think comfort because I work better when I'm comfortable (slacks and pressed button up)

Nice slacks, dress shirt or perhaps a turtleneck. cool socks and great shoes. Better to be overdressed than under. Keep us post on your new role!

I would wear a suit and a tie, without the coat.  Since it is cold, I would take the coat along too.

I will read it, but business causal to me is slacks, a good quality blazer or sports jacket, and cool shoes. I have been buying Ecco leather sneakers that look great and are totally comfortable. Now let me check with the expert.

Khakis and a button down shirt and nice shoes that are polished. I think brown slacks and shoes would be nice on you Roger.

In the Winter, Roger wears a long-sleeved dress shirt with nice pants, loafers, and a blazer, and would to any new job Roger D. Mucci.  Agreed with Tony and Suzanne Marriott, Associate Brokers, no tie during any of the seasons here. 

In Arizona - no tie - but pretty much the same as Michigan...

I'm with Susan.

I would wear dress slacks, a silk blouse and a sweater, which is much more casual than a jacket, however, still is professional.  I would also accessorize tastefully to compliment my outfit.  By doing so, I would let my customers know I have the expertise with to help them with their home decor.

I think a nice shirt and khakis or dress pants is never wrong. No tennis shoes!

Slacks or black jeans and a pollo shirt.

I would suggest one step up from business casual Roger, but more importantly I would suggest listening to Mickey rather than me.

I'd wear what "Jake" at State Farm wears at 3am.  I would wear a dress shirt and comfortable shoes. Screw the heels baby ... I'm down for comfort.

Hi Roger, Congrats on your new job. I can't really picture you in "casual".

My husband and I have a favorite furniture salesperson. He wears dress shirts that have been pressed very nicely with a colorful tie.

I think dress slacks & nice button up shirt.

Keep the madras shorts in the closet.   

Go with the flow of what everyone else wears.

I would wear a sport shirt, sweater and dress slacks.

It will depend on the city where you work.
