I grew up in Kingston and area and after 10 years living overseas, I now reside in the Gateway to the 1000 Islands located halfway between Toronto, Ontario and Montreal, Quebec. It is a beautiful area in all seasons but really comes to life in the summer months as we are surrounded by water. We're situated along the St Lawrence River with Lake Ontario to the west of us, the entire Rideau Canal System to the North with its many back lakes and of course, the ever popular Charleston Lake to the East. The International Bridge to New York State is only a few minutes down the road making us a favourite destination for vacations and summer homes.
CFB Kingston and the Royal Military College see many personnel call this area "home" as well as many from Queen's University, Kingston General Hospital, and St Lawrence College.
I welcome you to Kingston and the 1000 Islands and look forward to introducing you to where people come for a visit and stay for a lifetime!

|I want to thank you so much Susan for your excellent job in selling my house. From the beginning, I knew that you understood that mine was a very unusual property and you treated and marketed it as such. You gave me good advice and brought many prospective Buyers - all serious and suited to the property even when they didn't offer. You neither wasted my time or theirs. I truly believed that Sotheby's and you were the right fit for my property. It was a pleasure working with you and I will certainly recommend you to friends selling their home in the area. I wish you good luck for the future and I enjoyed working with you.|

|When we decided to list our home for sale, a good friend recommended Susan Emo After meeting her we were impressed with her knowledge of the local market and professionalism. She explained things clearly and advised us on how to present our property to interested buyers. In two weeks the deal was completed at FULL ASKING PRICE! We then recommended Susan to our daughter who also bought a home through her a few months later. We highly recommend her services to buyers and sellers alike. UPDATE: Daughter sold her home and purchased another new home with Susan!|
