You know... I haven't done much blogging and posting here on Activerain... however... if you blog regularly about things you are doing in real estate, you'll get people who will follow you for a while and then call to do some business with you.

Blogging has been a way to separate me from others in my area and it has brought me lots of business without much if any costs.

When I blog on my own website, I always add some graphics, pictures or a video... when doing a profile of an income investment listing, I'll post a proforma cash flow summary and a video... do you think the buyers and sellers will give you a little more cred than the average agent..?

I think so... but so few even take advantage of something they can do to get business and have it be free..

PS... a little secret... ALWAYS READ YOUR BLOG POST OUT LOUD 1ST... YOU'LL FIND IT HELPS YOU SMOOTH OUT THE CONVERSATIONAL TONE AND CATCH SPELLING AND GRAMATICAL ERRORS...!!!
