I've sold real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area prior to moving to Folsom, Ca in 1989...
I've been in the real estate business for well over 30 years now... seems like yesterday when the "good ole" days of 19% intererst rates on mortgage loans and an inflation rate of 10% now make the current recession seem like just a "bump" in the road so to speak.
