I mail out calendars once a year. I also buy flower seeds at the dollar store and give them out sometimes.
Market Snapshots, hten.com product from Top Producer, getsmartcharts.com, Buffini monthly slick, dollar store pop bys etc.
We give our customers cleaning products so they know how to clean/mainten their floors. It has our sticker on it. It's prompted several customers to call. Also, we do purple recycle bags and customers seem to like those.
Growing up, agents used pot holders. We'd make fun of them, but the pot holders stayed around the house. They're useful. Maybe that'll be the next promo item purchase.
jar openers are great. I have clients who still ask for anoterh one. Flags for the 4th of July are nice too for the right clients who are intent on celebrating independence day.
