| Jill Murty has both helped me purchase a home and then sell it five years later. I returned to her as my experience five years ago was wonderful. At the very last minute, the buyers of my home lost their financing. She did an outstanding job of keeping the sale from falling apart by working tirelessly to find new buyers. She found a cash buyer and my house closed in 17 days. She responds promptly to all phone calls and patiently answered all my questions as we went through the entire process of my house sale and purchase of my new home. From beginning to end, all went smoothly. She did a beautiful job presenting my house inside and out. Any potential problems and suggestions for solutions were promptly communicated. I appreciated her keeping in touch through the entire process and follow-up. I have recommended her to friends and family and will continue to do so. | When it comes to Jill's motivation, the focus is on one area - what is best for her clients. I've seen Jill's dedication to buyers first hand, her knowledge and marketing skills on show when helping someone sell their home, and her dedication to her clients in the fact that long after the "transaction" is complete, Jill is still finding ways to help. With extensive knowledge of negotiation, the real estate "process", and local markets, there is no real estate professional I'd recommend more than Jill. |

| Jill kept me sane throughout the entire process. We were originally looking at a condo in S. Orange County then changed our minds and decided to look at a home with acreage in N. San Diego County. Jill was a rock star! She went with it even though it wasn't in her usual area. Her knowledge about the process and her negotiating advice was crucial for us in getting this home. There was nothing normal about our situation, from the type of work we do and getting a loan, to the type of property we bought. She continued to give spot on advice and fought like hell for us. We seriously could not have done this without Jill. She was our advocate throughout the entire process, she always wants what is best for her clients, she is incredibly knowledgeable, and she has now become a great friend as well. Although the actual home buying process was very difficult, Jill did everything she could to make it as easy and seamless as possible. I would highly recommend Jill whether you are buying or selling. Having her as your advocate in this difficult process is the best decision you can make! |

| My wife and I decided to place our condo on the market. It was a second home for us. We ended up using Jill since, among other reasons, she had just sold a unit in our condominium complex. We had a totally positive experience with her as our agent. We ended up selling the condo within a very short period for a very good price. Jill did a fantastic job. Many times, you hear negative stories about real estate agents, and many, if not most, are justified. In our case, there are no negative stories to tell with Jill, only positive ones. Her many attributes include her honesty, her intelligence, her sense of humor, her knowledge of the business, including our specific area, and her responsiveness. She worked easily with us as well as with other individuals. At no time did we ever feel that she was "working for the sale" or not being 100 percent honest with us. She always responded to our telephone calls in a very timely manner, and if she did not know the answer to a question, then she got us the answer within a very short time period. Perhaps her greatest quality is that she took the sale of our condo very "personally". By saying that, I mean that she acted as though this was the sale of her own condo. This is just one of the many attributes which distinguishes her from other in her profession. My wife and I both believe that we were very fortunate to have her represent us. |

| Jill is not only the ultimate professional but she has the best follow-up skills. She worked all avenues of the sales including being my advocate with the funder and making sure the lender was following up on their end. She is the BEST realtor I have ever used in the 4 homes I have purchased and sold. She is now the only Realtor I will ever work with. |

| Choose your Realtor carefully!!! I cannot stress that enough! After months of disappointment with an uninterested & unmotivated realtor, choosing Jill was the Best decision I made. The first realtor I hired did me so much injustice that I honestly thought I would have to come off the market for a long time just to recover. I wasn't priced competitively and looked worse than the rollbacks at Walmart with all the price drops. Fortunately that was the past & then I found Jill Murty. What a breath of fresh air!!! Knowing the market in your specific area and understanding how to reach the perfect buyer are just 2 of Jill's expert skills. I found her from doing research on realtors who have an excellent track record and she honestly saved me from what could have been a financial burden. Her professionalism and trustworthiness are far above what you would expect. She treated my property as if it were her own and definitely went above & beyond my expectations. She was so dedicated to find the perfect buyer & in a blink of an eye she did. Her marketing efforts are exceptionable and you will love the personal touches she adds to everything! Homemade cookies, catered sandwiches, fresh flowers....the Open Houses definitely draw the people in because she's so GREAT at what she does! I would recommend Jill to everyone and I absolutely guarantee you will love the experience from beginning to end. My only regret is that I didn't find her first...don't be me. | My first impression of Jill was that she was very professional and genuinely concerned about the satisfaction of her clients (both the ones buying and the ones selling). She goes above and beyond to stay current with the market, not only with regards to housing data, but also in terms of the financial options and opportunities available to her clients. Purchasing/selling one's home is a difficult and scary experience, but Jill a great job in alleviating the worry and stress. I would definitely recommend her. |

| Jill was a referral from friend. I actually came along while Jill was taking my friend to look at condos for sale. I was very impressed with her knowledge and how ethical she is. She is a brilliant realtor and made the process so understandable and easy that I ended up asking her to help me find my townhouse. She understood exactly what I was looking for and once we found the one I wanted, it was over and done with in a month! I always felt that she had my best interest in mind, and never pressured me at all. We became great friends during the whole process so of course I asked for her help 2 years later to sell a rental unit. (Which she was able to sell in 3 weeks right before the end of last year.) I constantly refer her to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell their place. She is thorough and really goes the extra mile. I highly recommend Jill Murty. | It's hard to convey the extent the Jill went to in the sale of our home. She was on top of the dealings the whole way. She went beyond any agents duty to make sure things were smooth and free of hassle. I would recommend her to anyone in the Southern California area. South Orange county is her expertise. My wife and I feel we not only found a great agent but have developed a good friend. |
