Any major purchase requires research, careful analysis and consideration and thought, and Irvine home buying isn’t any different.  Determining the right location, number of bedrooms and bathrooms needed, and outdoor space may come more quickly to mind, but there are many other factors to think about as well in your Irvine home search.  Housing inventory is measured by the number of available homes on the market. The OC inventory keeps going up, and now more sellers are either cutting their prices or taking their overpriced homes off the market.Compared with last year, 21% more homes have come off the market this year, and of the homes still for sale, 34% have lowered their asking price at least once.To succeed as a seller, it’s crucial to set the right price from the start. Here is the current inventory of condos for sale in the city of Brea California.As of today, there is only one condo for sale in Brea priced at $645,000 for a two-bedroom two-bathroom built in 1979. The price per square foot for this one is $591.74. To put that in perspective, the average price per square foot for a house in Brea right now is $581.90 which is 1.66% lower than the price of condominiums per square foot.
