About Lydia Lucas

My husband and I came to the United States in 1986. I had a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in accounting at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila. It is the oldest Catholic university in the Philippines.

I was a full time homemaker since our son was born in 1987. We’ve been Milford residents since then. When he began school, I started working part time as a bookkeeper at Lauralton Hall, a Catholic high school for girls in Milford. When my son went off to college and lived on campus, I decided it was time to change my career. In September 2006, I joined Prudential CT Realty after acquiring my Connecticut Realtor license.

Through the years, I’ve learned that a Realtor’s job is not for everyone. The first two years served as a trial period for me. I saw fellow Realtors come and go. As the years went by, I began to enjoy my job in Milford CT real estate more and more as I witnessed and felt the satisfaction my clients received from my services. I’m also beginning to understand the difference between perception and reality in this business.

Whether you are buying or selling a house, looking for a rental property or relocating, I’m ready to assist and help you in this stressful aspect of people’s lives. You, my client, deserve the respect, integrity, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism – all of which are qualities of superior customer service expected of a Realtor®.

My Clients Become My Friends. You’ll find out why by calling or texting me anytime at (203) 980-9213 or by leaving a message on my voicemail (203) 877-2704 Ext. 887.

Why Should Lydia Be Your Realtor?

The vision of Prudential CT Realty is to be the BEST service provider, which is what I, Lydia Lucas, strive to be as well. To achieve this vision, we are guided by this fundamental set of core values:
Authenticity – committed to useful and constructive honesty and candorService – meeting internal and external customer needsRelationships – providing a cohesive and supportive environmentEmpowerment – authority to positively influence issues and actionsGrowth – pursuit of new skills and knowledgeCompassion – supporting the needs of others

With these core values always in mind, I see to it that each client is treated with respect, integrity, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism – all of which are qualities of superior customer service expected of a Realtor.

Since service is my business, my service does not end at the closing. My clients can contact me if they want to know other things aside from real estate. The most common questions I get after the closings include those regarding other service providers such as plumbers, electricians, handymen, roofers, landscapers, garage door installers, tree cutters, snow plowing contractors, and other professionals like doctors, lawyers, dentists, etc.

It is through this supportive environment that I create long lasting bonds with my clients, as stated in some of the testimonials.
