Education

I believe that education is an important part of any real estate service.  As well as taking my yearly continuing education classes, to date, I have earned my ABR and e-PRO designations.  I have also earned my Commercial Certificate from the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors.

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. An e-PRO is a REALTOR who has successfully completed training on internet business principles and the technologies required throughout the real estate transaction.  I am one of only twelve REALTORS in Charlotte with both ABR and e-PRO designations!

Community

Having grown up in the Charlotte area, I am personally committed to this unique community. I attended UNC Charlotte and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.  My wife, Susan, and I are active in numerous local community groups.  We are members of the Steele Creek Residents Association and I am a member of the Steele Creek Library Association Board of Directors.  We also support and work with NFL player Muhsin Muhammad's M2 Foundation for kids.  In addition, G4 Realty also provides support of various charities including The Battered Women's Shelter, the Emergency Winter Shelter, and Make-a-Wish foundation.
