  I was scrolling around today online and came across an article that was published in the New York Daily News. It featured 20 of the most famous bunnies... I will include some for your perusal: There is Ralphie Parker - on the stairs in the pink jumpsuit.  It's from, "A Christmas Story".    Next we have Bugs Bunny - one of my all-time favorite cartoons.  I used to spend hours or half-hours (?) watching BUGS.  He was so quick on his feet and always had an answer for everything, didn't he?  One of my favorite episodes is when he acts like he is a King, and is dressed in a crown and robe. Rancho Cucamonga Chocolate and Wine Festival Now this sounds like an event I can sink my teeth into! The Community and Arts Foundation of Rancho Cucamonga, CA is hosting a Chocolate and Wine Festival on April 28, 2012 at 4:00 PM in the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center. Aside from bringing joy to the attendees, this festival will also help to raise money for the Foundation, which supports the arts not only in Rancho Cucamonga itself but in the surrounding communities. They host many, many wonderful events each year and even if you don't like chocolate or wine (I suppose there must be people out there who prefer brussels sprouts and Tang), it is still for a very worthwhile cause. There are several things a Seller can do to help facilitate a quick sale. The first is to not be home when potential Buyers are there to view your home.  There really is no reason you need to be there, except if you have a family member and/or pet who is not able to be left with others, valuables or possible something in the home you're concerned potential buyers could get their hands on (hopefully NOT!), or maybe you can't leave because due to a handicap, or injury.
