  Have you ever run into that Agent who is always expecting the worst?  (nevermind Agent, that person lol)  They may be sitting just outside your office, at the front desk or on the other end of the telephone tomorrow.  What are you going to say to them?  How are you going to "be" with them?  How do you make a difference?  Afterall, we are "Active Rain"....We see no bounds, we can jump higher than most.  And we can inspire, affect and/or bring others with us all day long!! ...I digress.
