ABOUT TODD

My relationship with real estate started over three decades ago when I purchased my first Rancho Cucamonga home in 1988.

Born in San Gabriel Valley and migrating Easterly, I'm a Southern California native, and have been selling my entire life. I started when I was in 7th grade at Lone Hill Middle School in San Dimas by becoming the Top Selling Magazine Subscription Student for the School. Keeping my eye on the prize, I still enjoy the challenges of achievement. A Licensed Broker, I am an active member of the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors, and served as a Director for the California Association of Realtors (CAR) in 2008 & 2009. Besides volunteering and raising money for local charities, I also participate on on-line networking, social media platforms and some in-person events.  I believe in providing the highest level of service possible in the real estate industry today. I'm proud of my reputation among peers for always going the extra mile, being thorough and honest and pride myself on providing exceptional "one-on-one" personal service based on honesty, market knowledge and listening to my client's needs. I enjoy the talents that come from 30 years experience selling real estate including exceptional negotiation skills, proven marketing strategies, and a complete interest and dedication to helping my clients meet their needs!

Raised with a diligent work ethic, combined with my listening skills and 30 years selling real estate are the reasons my clients hopefully enjoy their success. I am resourceful (with a database of over 20,000) and a committed problem solver, with an accountant's (an accounting degree from California Polytechnic University, Pomona) mind and methods with DETAILS, and thrive on assisting people to accomplish their dreams!

I've recently become the only living member of my immediate family.  In my own time, I enjoy writing, reading, studying design, journaling, and time with my cat, Spirito.

I'm a homebody, enjoy watching Judge Judy, I Love Lucy reruns and discovering new areas of California. I Love Your Pets, too!
