I am retired so I can not be too accurate Philip A. Raices but my active RE friends say it is seeing a slight increase in the Minot ND market due to new businesses moving in and our AFB growth.

I am seeing price reductions regularly as well as stale listings. Prices were rising over the past few years as there was usually an increase in price as the next home sold within the same community. Homes are being list at or below the previous sale and offers are coming less frequently. I would expect about a ten percent drop from the peak prices in a given community.
