No, I have not and I refuse to.  Given the amount of false results they're getting and now I'm seeing that there is no standardized procedure and two labs may perform the tests differently and get different results, no I have zero desire to get a test.  Plus, there are rumors of the postive results going into a government database for some future use.

Trees, fruit and animal samples are being sent in and coming back positive.  People who signed up but never got tested are being told they have a positive result.  There is too much to not trust about this testing and everything that's going on in general.

Good luck on your procedure!

We are so sheltered in place that it seems unnecessary at this time.

I hope all goes well for you first of all.

To answer your question: No, no need, never will; I'm healthy and I've always focused on my immune system health since turning 40. Also, I'm pretty positive I had it in January and got through it after 5 days of hard hitting symptoms followed by 4 weeks of trickle out recovery.

I won't waste my time in hours of lines for useless outdated results-the results take so long to get back to you,  your health is in a different place by then. You could have tested healthy and two weeks later have it.

Better ways to spend my days.

Yes, I also had to have it done before a hospital procedure.

I have a strong gag reflex and the test was a swab down my throat - awful because it felt like forever. But it was probably just 3-4 seconds. Negative result!

John- I haven't taken one. We thought my brother had it several weeks ago but the two tests he took came back negative. He still quarantined and we all believe that he had it. Two of the members in his band tested positive.

Good luck with your procedure.

No, I haven't. I've been extremely careful as I'm immuno compromised.  And, I don't think I'd even feel safe going out to get tested.

No but think I had it back in January. My chest hurt so bad, had an xray taken and it showed nothing. Wishing you the best results with the surgery John!

No, I haven't had any symptoms and respecting social distancing and the mask mandates throughout Central Florida.

I have known people who have tested positive. Some with very little symptoms (loss of taste and mild headache) to those which have had flu like symptoms for a couple weeks; high fever. I've not known anyone that have been severe to a point of hospitalization.

Yep about 2 months ago. An admin in the office came down with it so the rest of us in the building (5) went to get tested. All negatives.

Not tested but many months ago, I came down with what I call a strange type flu that stood-out as not normal and wondered what was going on? In about one week, all symptoms diminished until gone leaving me the experience. I believe I had covid, it passed right through me and left me better for it....

No, and no plans to do it. If I did have it, and recovered, and the so called anti bodies could actually save others, then I would do it. But I haven't seen proof that donating plasma can save someone with a serious case of Covid-19.
