Hopefully this is an AR glitch showing your question three times. One point I would make is that often when zip codes suddenly become available it can mean one of two things:

1. Other agents who had those zip codes dropped them due to lack of performance.

2. The zip code availability might be becoming diluted amongst more "subscribers" which reduces your exposure.

Only use Adwerx for listings not for farming. Can't say that I've actually gotten business from it but I have been using it only about a year.

They have worked hard to get me to sign up, but unsuccessful as I was very unimpressed with the quality of the material they presented.

You can do better if you spend a bit of time here on Activerain and learn how to make the internet work for you.

Have not used them but have used this type of service ONE TIME in the past (that's all it took for me to get taken). Raw leads that turned up nothing but spam emails and a fake Jennifer Lopez.

Looks like active rain missed you so much it triple posted your question.  LOL!  No, I have never used it.  If I were to run Google Ads, I'd manage it myself for greater control.  I just don't see search ads being a big win in real estate.

I do not use Adwerx. However I do know about Adwerx.

For over a year I have been sharing with AR participants that the new, most effective marketing is completely divorced from the citizens email. Adwerx provides the capacity for an agent to be where the agent needs to be in 2022. Other vendors who do the same are Sales Force, Hubspot and SugarCRM. Adwerx is more affordable.

Now, it must be noted that ALL of these programs work. They, however do not work for everyone.  The technology they use with their zipcode plan (activity based) is exactly what you need for lead generation. However, I am unclear if activity monitoring only occurs within your sphere list or just how they know Mickey Mouse is in that zip code. AND, you must know the COST of monitoring the activity of those individuals. It could be $390 a month for 50 individuals. (totally fictitious number) But you need to know before you expose your credit card number.

If you have collateral you can leverage via custom re-targeting ads, this should work well.

The variable in all such plans is the agent. Agents only make a 70% commitment and expect a 100% return. We all know the greatest return is realized in the last 3% of effort....the 97 to 100% commitment. If you see this as a tool to augment your existing marketing strategy, leveraging your USP, and the resources to follow up exist, Adwerx has the elements contemporary marketing strategies require. This is a MUCH better stategy than 'buying' leads.
