Finishing CCIM CI104 (my last required element) so I can turn my attention toward stressing out about the comprehensive. But that won't be for another year. Meanwhile, traveling. I have a few people to see this year. And I have a dog and house sitter. At last!
Also, I've been boat shopping; I now have room in my driveway since I expanded it. I miss having a boat. We'll see what I find.
I also have some super good things in the pipeline to kick me into a higher tax bracket still. God Bless America!
