     I have no mortgage, no car payments, no credit card debt.  There is enough food, water, and ammo in our storage room to last a couple of years.  All is well!

Most of my rain gutters are cleaned out and I have a couple rain coats and an umbrella hat!

It's good not to be average.  

Hope it's only a drizzle.

Had many rainy days in my career and was prepared for most. Some better than others!

Will have to look into your book, BILL CHERRY - congrats!  I am ready for a decade or so of rainy years - hopefully, I'll be ready for a lifetime of rainy days by the time I retire!  I'd rather save than shop so, I'm not the 'average' 45-yo+ agent with little in the bank!

A little cold for rain around here, time will tell how well our investments pay off.

I have more than I need to live comfortably for the next 20 years. You raise an important question for REALTORS®.

I am finally able to refinance and pay off two properties.  This creates income and my social security starts this month.  We have savings and equity.  Five years ago we were on the ropes now we're living with hopes.

We took the hard lesson during the recession and have been working over the last 6 years to turn this around. Looking hopeful.

my rainy day fund is alive and well....and I'm making an honest effort to keep it that way

Thankfully that is not the case.

Oh and it will get up to 50 degrees and no rain as well.

All is well here! 

While if that's the average then I'm doing alright. 

I may have to buy it, lucky I have more put away then the aveage person but never enough.
