I always did back in MA, but here in CA we do not have a closing table - everything is handled behind the scenes. But I am sure to be in touch with my sellers as soon as the deed transfer to the new owners is recorded to congratulate them on their sale!

If we are the LA we do attend our Seller's COE.  If we are the BA we do attend our Buyer's COE.  Both are never the same day nor time, as these two people do not necessarily meet each other.  If we are representing both sides, we go to two different COEs Praful Thakkar
