Not a client but Candy Cain lived across the street from me when I was growing up.   I represented a seller in a transaction where Lana Turner was the selling agent.   

I purchased real estate from myself - Richard L. Sanderson. Well, at least it appeared that way until you looked closely at the documents. When I was in charge of a land acquisition program for city in Michigan land was purchased from Helen and Richard L. Sanderson. That's my name (down to the middle initial) and Helen is my aunt's name. So I thoroughly documented all the file notes stating that there was no known relationship. If the fund was ever audited it must have been approved because I was never contacted.

How fun!   I don't have any coming to mind other than a John Smith

I had a couple of buyers with great names this year.  White Tail Feather and the other was Tall Bull.  Those were their legal names and how they took title.  Love it.

James Garland bought a house from me and he was so amused with the fact he bought a house from Debbie Reynolds. He also told me he had a cousin named Betty Davis. 

How fun! I have not had any one that is coming to my mind.

My very first client was named Man Chau, he bought a 400k home though so it was a great client.

Well I can't top that one. I haven't had any clients with really interesting names, but we do have an agent in this area who goes by the name of Gary Cooper.

No real names but I sometimes give my clients nick names so my wife can keep up with who is who. The “Jiffy Lube” clients (he worked there), etc.

My broker had two:  Gallagher (the actual smasher of watermelons) and Michael Jordan.  Michael had a great time getting restaurant reservations, except for the fact that the restaurants were disappointed when a regular height white guy showed up. 

Oh and the car I'm driving... I bought it from the daughter of John Wayne.

I just had Carlos Santana call me.  Though, I think he was selling something.

I don't have any good ones, but my Brother was a tour guide and gave a tour to the great great greandson of the Famous Davey Crockett

Cannot think of any name that was as interesting as Davy Crockett! 

We have a very diverse market with clients from around the world. Some of the names are very difficult to pronounce. An interesting name does not come to mind.
