yes, cleaning my desk, taxes... I hate doing those things and I procrastinate.  Now preparing for a client, getting things done for a buyer or seller ... those I do as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, yes:( Even I remind myself all the time that it is easier to finish those tasks and move on.

Every time I have procrastinated about something I have to do, it's come back to bite me. It keeps getting harder to do. Now I have the mantra, "if I don't do it, no one will." Unless I hire an assistant, of course.

Not really. I plan when to do them and almost always follow the plan. I don't consider myself a procrastinator.

I have a tendency towards procrastion, but I try to avoid fallng prey to it if I can. 

I tend to procrastinate with paperwork. It is my least favorite part of the job and I hold out until it is absolutely necessary to do it.

Which is why my to-do list starts with the same unpleasant tasks sometimes 5 or 6 days in a row.

Depends on the item, but sometimes yes.  Certain things (like cleaning the desk or some pointless chores) definitely.  But those are low priority items.
