About Captain Wayne

Wayne is a native of southern Indiana and Captain Wayne holds an MBA and a BS in Aviation Management. He served in the United States Marine Corps during Viet Nam and the Georgia Guard as the G-4 Logistics officer and retired Lt. Colonel

As a pilot, he is an active flight instructor holding certificates as a CFII, MEI, AGI, IGI and ATP. He flew for an international charter company and has flown all over the world. In 2003, Captain Wayne earned his USCG 100 ton master and became a US Merchant Marine Officer.

Captain Wayne is accustomed to multitasking with many people to achieve a common goal in high stress environments. He has managed corprorate-owned subdivision developments in the Atlanta, Georgia area for ten years and enjoyed the challenges of complex real estate transactions. He is the recipient of the Platinum award from the Franklin Gulf County Realtors Association.

Wayne and his wife, Judy own a quiet "Lazy Little Farm" in Bonifay, FL, a pleasant rural community north of Panama City, where they raise a few cattle and Certified Registered Katahdin Sheep.  Captain Wayne served on the board of trustees of his local church, worked with the local Emergency Management Team and was a member of the South Gulf County Volunteer Fire Department until his move to Holmes County.

In 2006 Captain Wayne produced and hosted a national, 30-minute Real Estate TV show each week that showcased exceptional homes and properties in the Florida panhandle, because of market conditions, it has been canceled indefinitely. He enjoys the opportunity to help others fulfill their goals and dreams.  Captain Wayne is a real estate marketing specialist and real estate Instructor servicing Oklasoosa, Walton, Santa Rosa, Bay, Washington,Holmes, Calhoun and Jackson County.
