Fall always gets busy.

Seems like it is a constant race in every month.

Typically the fall market gets busy, people getting back from vacation, people wanting to be in homes before winter. Time will tell if we get the boost in normal markets, but this is not a normal market

Business has slowed down in my area. Although I just got one under contract today. It's too early to really celebrate, but everything looks good and this is a wonderful property. 

changing.  different buyers lately.  Back to our retirement season instead of our second home season.  Buyers spending more and taking longer to decide.

Slows down a bit I think.  During the holidays that is.

With excess marketing, it has stayed about the same.

It picked up for a couple of weeks but has slowed down again.

I think it depends on the market.  Things are busy here according to our clients.  What I am happy about is that traffic has gotten better with kids back to school and less tourists around.  A

School doesn't start until the Tuesday after Labour Day in Ontario but there have been discussions of strikes in at least some school boards when school is scheduled to open.

Activity starts to pick up when school starts.

It always slows down a little bit after the summer, still plenty of business though.

I don't see a related effect by kids starting school, not effecting my business anyway.
