Raised in Bethesda, Maryland, a suburb of Washington, DC, I started in the mortgage business in 1983. Interest rates were in the double digits. I hit the ground running and have thoroughly loved this business ever since. What is better than working with people on the largest purchase they personally are going to make in their lifetime?

I have experience with all areas of residential mortgages, to include Jumbo Conventional, Conforming Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA financing. I have resources for portfolio loans, Super Jumbo loans and Construction financing. The majority of my business comes from referral partners in the real estate community or from satisfied clients. Each transaction is handled professionally with personalized service. Accessibility and reliability is an important ingredient to what has made me successful all these years.
I am licensed to do business throughout the state of Arizona. The Phoenix metropolitan area has been my home for the last 23 years. I am familiar with most areas of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Mesa. Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Goodyear and Fountain Hills. Specifically, I have lived in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. I am a member of Paradise Valley's Luxury Home Tour, Scottsdale Luxury Home Tour, and SAAR.
I also specialize in first time homebuyer transactions. I feel it is important to make that first homebuying experience a positive one. It will set the stage for future purchases.
