Here is the most recent Scottsdale AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for August 2022:  After Scottsdale's average sales price reached a new all-time high of $1,499,763 in June, the average sales price dropped in July but slightly increased back up to $1,406,126 in August.At the same time, the average sold price per square foot for Scottsdale homes decreased for the third month in a row and has gone from $483/sf in May to $441/sf in August. The average sold price per square foot in Scottsdale has increased or remained the same in 22 out of the last 26 months. After dropping down to 29 DOM in May, Scottsdale days on market increased the last three months and is up to 52 DOM in August.
