Manchester NH Real Estate Market REPORT March 13, 2023. The Spring Real Estate Market brought a 110% increase in Single Family home listings this week. The amount of sales is steady and strong. The newest trend though, is homes that were under contract "falling through". Inspections, Appraisals and Buyers whose financing is declined are causing an increasing amount of home sales to fall apart. We are seeing lines at open houses. We are seeing multiple offers again. We have also seen buyers starting to waive inspections and contingencies again on some offers. We are also seeing an increase in first time buyers. The amount of Pending Sales increased greatly for both single family and condos. The amount of new condo listings though, fell greatly.  THIS WEEKS QUESTION asks "Is there more Pending Sales falling apart or does it just seem that way?" The amount of Single Family homes for sale fell once again last week. The amount of homes Selling remains strong and steady. Prices are down slightly. When you look at condos, the amount of new listings were up about 200% last week. It is that time of year again, Let me share with you one of my timeless and infamous blogs. It was the Night before Christmas and all I could see, is a Manchester NH Home Seller kneeling by his tree. The Seller looked up, at the stars so bright, they wished for Santa to bring them a Listing agent, that would try... with all their might.  They had it for sale before, without even a bite. Manchester NH Real Estate Market REPORT Dec. 19, 2022. The amount of  single family homes coming on the market has decreased once again last week leaving some of the lowest inventories of the year. Meanwhile the Amount of new Condo listing tripled last week. The amount of buyers remained strong for this time of year.  WE ARE SEEING ON BIG CHANGE IN THE MARKET THAT NO ONE IS TALKING ABOUT - That would be HOME INSPECTIONS.
