YES!!!  A 40 Year Home Loan May Be Just What YOU Need?!! Ginnie Mae is set to introduce a new 40-year mortgage term for its issuers on the heels of administrative shake ups at the top of the housing industry.Only modified loans with terms greater than 361 months and less than or equal to 480 months will be accepted, but there will be no loan amount restriction, Ginnie Mae said. It was a heck of a year for real estate across the country especially with the uncertainty of the shut down in March. Things slowed for a few weeks but came back with a fury. The 2020 Real Estate Market for El Dorado Hills ended with 61% fewer homes for sale and the average home selling price up over 30% compared to December 2019.
