It was a heck of a year for real estate across the country especially with the uncertainty of the shut down in March. Things slowed for a few weeks but came back with a fury. The 2020 Real Estate Market for El Dorado Hills ended with 61% fewer homes for sale and the average home selling price up over 30% compared to December 2019.
