The New Black Friday Black Thursday – Broke Friday! The day after Thanksgiving has long been referred to as Black Friday.  Ever wondered about the history of Black Friday?  Even though Black Friday is not a recognized Holiday, tons of people take off from work to take advantage of  huge discount sales many retailers offer to get shoppers started with their holiday shopping.   Originally the first time that Black Friday was ever mentioned was in 1869 in reference to a large financial scandal in the United States.  It wasn’t until the 1960s that people started using the name Black Friday to refer to the Friday that follows Thanksgiving. The name Black Friday actually comes from an accounting reference. Since so many people are attracted by the huge discounts that Retailers offer on Black...

In the study done by the California Association of Realtors, San Bernardino County ranks as the most affordable of the larger counties in the state. Some options within San Bernardino County when buying a home are Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Upland, Ontario, Rialto, San Bernardino and Colton to name a few. The Rancho Cucamonga real estate market where we specialize has not been this affordable in quite some time. Rancho Cucamonga Standard, Foreclosure and Short Sales are seeing a limited inventory and high demand which are causing prices to go up in most areas. If you are on the fence about buying a Rancho Cucamonga Home don't wait. Contact us today.

Rancho Cucamonga Foreclosed Homes Rancho Cucamonga foreclosed homes vary in condition and price. Typically when an investor  forecloses on a  Rancho  Cucamonga home it is not in the best of condition so they will go in and make some cosmetic improvements before they put it on the market.   In today's Rancho Cucamonga real estate market, foreclosures are not the "Great" deals they once were because of low inventories and multiple offers as a result.   To get a Free list of Rancho Cucamonga Foreclosed Homes, please call 909-941-8379 or simply click on the picture to start your seach.

Value, how does one define?  Database Resourcefulness Knowledge Character Personality Follow through Accessibility What value is not is trinkets, donuts and chotskys!    The challenge most title sales executives have is knowing what their true value is, and or even more so, the ability to define their value to a client.   If I could help you close 1 more transaction this year, would that be value?  If I could help you save time and headaches, would that be value? If I could take the time and show you how to truly leverage technology, would that be of value? These are the things that Great Sales Executives focus on! When you leave after meeting with them, you feel empowered, and that you are better for having taken the time to meet.   Great teams are built and sustained not only because ...

Enjoying Rancho Cucamonga in the Rain   It's Raining, It's pouring!  I love this time of year . . . The chilly weather,  watching the leaves turn the most beautiful colors, crunchy leaves, hot apple cider, hearing the sound of the fire in the fireplace, the smell of cinnamon scented candles, big comfy throws and all the other wonderful things autumn brings. Today I enjoyed a lazy Saturday afternoon with KennyG, Boney James and Will Downing Jr.  I was in great company as I surfed the Internet reading ActiveRain blog posts and pinning some stunning images on my Pinterest Boards. There’s a lot to be said for spending the day in solitude.  Just you, your music and the rain.

The fun part about real estate is that no experience is ever the same and there is always usually something you remember about a particular transaction. If some of you are allergic to cats like myself then this is a story you can relate too. When I show homes and there is a cat that lives inside, my super human cat senses which are itchy eyes, scratchy throat come alive. Well I do my best to hang tough and show my clients the house (and as fast as possible by the way) While we entered this house my cat senses alerted me that something wasn't right but as we were walking through the house I didn't see any cats. Maybe I ate a bad lunch and my senses were off I thought. So the last place in the house we walk in is the garage. Suddenly with my clients behind me I open the door step in and 7...

Should You Continue Showing Your Home If You Have An Offer?  ♪♫•*¨*•.¸SOLD¸.•*¨*•♫♪ You’ve got a good offer from a motivated Buyer on your Rancho Cucamonga house.  From all indications it looks like the Buyer is going to close. But there are a lot of things that can and sometimes do go wrong.  Remember the saying, 'It's Ain't Over 'til The Fat Lady Sings! ' That old adage certainly applies here . . . Don’t forget the Buyer has to go through their Contingency period. The Contingency period gives the Buyer 17 days (unless otherwise agreed to in writing) in which to do their inspections, approve all Disclosures and all other matters affecting the property.  If conditions exist that the Buyer does not accept, they can simply change their mind and now your house is back on the Rancho Cucamon...
