No  I don't use homesnap. I think I tried it when it first came out but just didn't care for it. It's like Z to me.  The other day I got a call from a bonafide buyer of mine wanting info on a home which was no where to be found in the mls.  Gee......how many times has that happened!

I do not like HomeSnap. I did try it when it was a free trial back when they launched, in fact the app has been on my phone for a few years. Some agents here only use it instead of the MLS and they are always my clueless callers. HomeSnap can't replace the MLS, it lacks much of the needed info and makes the agents relying on it solely look like amateurs in my listing agent opinion. Ans since it's lacking info like Z, I just assume use the source: the MLS.

No. Have heard negative things about it.

I'm in two different MLSs one is home snap, the other is something different and significantly better so I use it.  It's branded as Navica mobile via my MLS provider name.

I haven't used it for years since it's rollout. We did a post here that showed it in a bad light over the entire country. I think it's a rip & they just increased whatever costs they charge within the last 4 months or so.

I don't use Home Snap and have needed to unsubscribe due to an over abundance of emails from them.

Nope... don't pay for leads.

Our MLS provides it and our company pays for the pro version. I've used it but, finally had to stop. There were just too many emails and text messages - it was overwhelming and I think I got one agent referral from it. 

I have the app, which is quite useful and fast fr pulling up the plat when showing a property. Think it is also part of our MLS.

We could personally do what the offered for a lower cost

nope, only in one MLS and it's doesn't use it.
