Our office does face a slow down in the fourth quarter, but in preparation for that, our Managing Broker put together a contest.  One half of the office vs. the other half.  The winning team will have the most listings and contracts.  Just trying to keep those who give up this time of year to stay in the game.  Naturally, the consistent producers like myself need no such motivation.  I love selling this time of  year.

Out market has changed and sales are down overall due to a combination of continued lack of inventory and buyers waiting for additional price deflation.
