Hi Lea,
You won't get much encouragement on this platform to buy leads of any kind. The best long term investment in your business is to build a lead generating marketing system of your own. This will generate leads on an on-going basis.

If you have the kind of money to spend on "pricey" leads how about spending some money to hire someone to help you generate those leads through an effective website, blogging, social media, getting out with people, etc.  There are a lot of great articles on lead generating on this site. 

The only lead I would consider as "guaranteed" is one that I pay on a referral basis out of a transaction commission.

Buying leads from companies you've never heard of isn't a great idea. There's lots of sharlitans waiting in a dark alley to take your money.  If your going to buy leads, much less pay a bundle for them, you might as well go with one of the big 3.

Don't buy leads - never pay someone to get inbetween you and the public. Take that money and send out post cards or any other kind of consistant marketing - you may have to tweek your message but it all works if you do it long enough.

I have not heard of this company either.  For what it's worth, I have yet to hear of a company call and say "Pay us monthly and maybe you'll get some leads in return, we're not really sure."

Never heard of them, but there are several companies that claim to get leads for agents. It's best to just generate your own leads. When you look up definition of real estate agent in dictionary, it says " Suckers, easy targets, can be convinced to buy anything, gullible, will fall for all unrealistic sales pitches, etc" . Someone should write a book titled "How I Make a Living From Real Estate Agents".
