I am currently using agentmarketing for the single property websites. My sellers like it. I can have a new listing up and running in about 10 minutes for $10, with no competition from other properties and with a great domain name. What's not to like?

I do not.  I am a big fan of WordPress sites and integrating IDX.  I prefer to own my own, build my own, grow my own.
