Some folks are better at training the kids than others, but they are not likely to stick that key in the outlet more than once.

It is rare when small kiddies are at a closing for us. Looks like you were busy?

I have not. Some of our attorneys in Charlotte actually have little play areas for children in their offices. But it's really rare that I see parents bring little ones to closing.

Not often, but when I do, I ask the parents to take them outside.

I can't stand people that refuse to control their children. There is a big difference between active children and wild animals.

No I haven't but rarely do children attend closings here. If they do our title companies have a basket of toys (usually have it tucked aways some place because it's so rare for kids to come).

We always had a few kid toys in the office, which sometimes came in handy. Can't say I ever remember children at a closing.

Wow,  I guest I am lucky, can not recall the last time I had kids at a closing.

All the kids I have ever experienced at closings have been very well behaved. 

Actually, I can't remember ever having children at a signing... in 12 years. LOL

children do not belong at closings and when it must happen, the agent should take control and keep the little rats busy...

As a parent, I will "parent" a child that their own folks won't. I have no issues politely scolding an out of control child in public and or asking their parents to get them under control "before we continue". My bride sees parents let their kids act like animals on airplanes every day.

Andrew Mooers I've never had clients bring children to a closing. I've seen toys in some attorney's offices for children if they do come. I would highly discourage it.

I remind those with small children that they can interfere with a smooth closing!

Thankfully, kids are not usually present at settlements.

I have seen unruly kids and the parents seem to remain calm and not notice. Those closings seem to take hours but sure it is just my imagination.

Fortunately Not!

I have not but it only takes 1 key to zap them before they wont do that again. Same if a book case falls on them. 

No, never! On the rare occasion will I see a little one at Closing and never ones that misbehave!

In California, we don't have a closing table but proper behavior by children and more accurately by their parents is appreciated.  All the time.
