More important to be quick in this business than any other quality.  I would still be interviewing the top five candidates before sending one to my client rather than just giving it to the first person to agree to my referral fee.

AR is a great way to find the right agent to refer clients to. It's my only resource.

That is "risky" referral business - not how I would send out a referral.  If I do not know an agent in the area ... I do research and due diligence to ensure I am referring an agent that is a good fit ... not just someone who responds in 2 minutes ... very much in alignment with Bob Crane comment.
