RPR (narrpr.com) is fantastic
I never used TP's reports and haven't used eNeighborhoods in well over 10 years (didn't find their neighborhood information all that accurate). I just haven't found a great need for this information. RPR might be a good resource for certain information. You can do zip code reports if you have a Market Leader account.
I use RPR!
information on community stats from the town's website....
market statistics from MLS, and I use powerpoint to make charts....
I previously used eneighborhoods.com ..... I loved that program....
I used to do my own but haven't in a very long while
I have not used these reports. You have some good suggestions.
Tony and Suzanne Marriott, Associate Brokers I like NARRPR.com details and have been using it more frequently now.
I just write my own using my expertise and some data gleaned from a few govt sites.
I have used the MLS and RPR.
I have never used either of those two products.
I create market updates in the MLS
Have you tried RPR?
I didn't know of the demise. Probably because I never used them.
I've never heard of them. Sorry. I'd imagine you can make something useful though.
We have information in our mls.
I have not used a "formal" community report in years and any recent and up to date stats or information, I have found online and compiled based on my clients' needs.
I have never used them & honestly don't know what they are for.
through our MLS we have a service in my state called QPublic that picks up much information and I also use individual sites like greatschools.com for school information.
