Nope, not anymore. You're correct they were very widely used. Maybe that was the problem! I had my own tri-fold brochure made & it cost me a left body part!

Just use a web-page style bio now. I don't even know if people read that stuff anymore.  I used to have one for buyers also & I started asking if anyone read those & they didn't.

we provide a personal brochure for every listing presentation.... this is a three ring binder that tells:  who we are; what we do; and how well we do it..... and that's all any seller wants to know.....

We use one as a recruiting tool at a local real estate school.

Questionable ROI !

We use them all the time. In any luxury market it is expected. We always send them in our expired listing marketing. Sellers will throw away our letter but they always keep our brochure. That is because they can feel the expense of the brochure.

We will get calls 1 year, 2 years and even 3 years after we sent the brochure. They tell us they keep our brochure. It is a tri-fold full color high gloss uv coated brochure. If you are not going to have a very nice one, don't do one at all.  Since we own our own brokerage it is also important to have the brochure to represent our brand. 

I have one that I print out on a tri-fold when needed. But I've got mine segmented into different brochures--first time buyers, sellers, senior real estate specialist, new construction specialist, etc.

Hi Jim - I think the last paper product we're using is our business cards.

On occasion for vacant listings I will have a feature sheet with extra information, but I don't brand it so all agents will be comfortable showing it to their clients.

We have a printed brochure. We work a niche marketing and it's a great tool to give to potential power partners. We include the standard contact information, our photo, our services and testimonials.

I have a personal resume for both buyers and sellers when I first meet them.

I have a one page 8.5x11 paper out at open houses.  That's the extent.

It has been at least 5 years since we have printed up any brochures, I think that the internet has replaced that need.

Not any longer, most of my clients are online and other than maybe passing them out at open houses, I don't see a use for them in my market.

I have a card that is 8 1/2 by 5 1/2 that is sort of a cross between a big business card and small personal brochure that I use at Open Houses.

Yes, and I only give it to other Realtors I network with Nationally & Internationally to demonstrate my team and service areas of San Diego.

I use it at Buffini events basically 2-4 times per year...many of them do too, or post cards.

That time has sinced passed.

Our broker just had some tri fold brochures printed. They are ALL ABOUT THE BROKERAGE.  Gave each of us a few.  I stapled my card over office info..  Look nice and she has offered to help us design our own so they are in compliance.  

I have handed out a few, gave one to our vet last week.  

I have them at open houses yet.

I used to use a personal brochure but no longer do. Most of my clients Google me and know most everything they need to know and more.
