Absolutely use hashtags on Twitter and Instagram. It helps others find you by searching the hashtags for relevant posts and leads to more followers or hopefully, potential leads!

Never! Too much to already do to be productive; there has to be a limit.

I have heard of various ways to use it, and we think it is a not at good use of one's time.  Of course, someone can prove us wrong, but our criteria is have you made $$$ through this method.  Time is money, and one could do much better using other means of communication.  A

Absolutely, absolutely, and one more time absolutely. Its the ONLY way for people to find your content if they are not already following you. Very powerful marketing method, or no reason to use your precious time.

The only thing with hash tags is that if the person searching for a home does not know what hash tag to search for, they are useless.

Hashtags on Instagram can be used in the same way as hashtags on other social media sites and can be effectively or ineffectively used in the same manner.

Yes, I use it in all my posts. Also use a location, live stories and promotions to get the most exposure to the area you are interested in.

You must use hashtags the same as keywords in a blog.  Find the ones people are looking for.  You could also check trending hashtags and incorporate them in your post to attract attention.
