As I'm not sure, Will, what a business model needs to look like, I would guess that I don't.

Good morning Will. Yes. It seems as if my model is a combination 57 T-bird in the 2014 Subaru. Some of the parts just don't seem to fit.

Will Hamm not in a strict way for sure.
And I know we all should have it. That's the first sign of being successful businessman.

The question should be... do you have a successful business model that can be easily replicated or franchisable? Only 1% of the entire real estate agent population can make that claim. The owner of this site is a perfect example of having a successful model in place.

The last couple of years my business model has resembled an amoeba. I'll have something much more structured and developed in 2016.

I had one for years and did not know it.
It was called the 'accidential real estate' business model.
By default this is EVERYONE's business model in real estate, until they choose to change it.

I do have a business model and I've made some important changes to it for 2016.... my last business model carried me through over 10 years of a successful business.... now, on to the next 10 years...

No. I just make a list every day of what I need to accomplish. I also ad things like check out FB advertising. If I can't complete the list in a day the jncompleted items go on tomorrows list. I get such good ideas here in AR and there is no way I can complete the ideas in a day. This works for me.
