The question should be... do you have a successful business model that can be easily replicated or franchisable? Only 1% of the entire real estate agent population can make that claim. The owner of this site is a perfect example of having a successful model in place.

No. I just make a list every day of what I need to accomplish. I also ad things like check out FB advertising. If I can't complete the list in a day the jncompleted items go on tomorrows list. I get such good ideas here in AR and there is no way I can complete the ideas in a day. This works for me.
