People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas.

Of course not. I never get it out. Why ruin the holiday?

I stop getting on it this time of year. I just had nut tussies last night!
I prefer not to get near the scales right now.
I wish I could. Mine is one that is hard to mess with!
No, but a good thought
No, I just keep working on a healhty life even with a good cheat meal or a few.
Only if we have fish, do I scale back!
My eating habits are like my exercise habits, continuous, consistent, and with food, organic.
No, I will keep charging forward in my reduction plan, and will get a progress check when I see my doctor just after Christmas.
Get on a program and stick with it!! Thomas Nelson summed it up, worry more about the time between the New Year and Christmas. Then you can cheat between Christmas and New year's day!
Just hit goal # 1 last week, and now on my way to goal # 2, so I don't think that I will error by messing it up. Feeling too much better to give up, even during the holiday.
No, do not use one. However, may change what I am wearing for a few weeks...nothing too constricting! lol!
I rather pay attention on the quality of food/drinks and quantity.
Happy Holidays to all:)
No. I am working hard at losing some more weight.
Nope, I couldn't gain weight if I tried.
What is this scale thing you are talking about?
I'd have to clean the winter dust off of it first! I'm with Debbie, why ruin the holidays.
no.... but a good idea! and I like Debbie Reynolds idea
Nop. There is still feast in the works....
Just have to be active before and after......
I cut myself some slack during the holidays. I'll get on the scale again in 2016... then deal with it.
I don't use a scale but if I did I wouldn't turn it back. Whats the point of getting the scale to lie?
I go more by how I feel than just a number. That being said, the number could be a little lower ... so I've got some work to do!
Hmm I am supposing this question is for amusement but really-why not just NOT get on the scale until after the holidays if it is an issue?
I actually had my annual check up last Wednesday so I consider myself off scale duty for a couple of weeks!
We don't have a scale...A
I wish I had a clever answer for this funny question.
We do not have a scale in the home since a daughter has anorexia.
