I carry a general liability policy 1M/2M for my office, I'm not sure that extends to my clients homes with out making them additional insured; but since I don't host or allow open houses, I'm not seeing the need. (I never provided booties when I did host them years ago, nor do I ever wear them, I just remove my shoes. I do have an umbrella policy on my rental properties.

I don't think many realtors realize they're engaged in a commercial business, thus requiring commericial insurance, or at the very least additional riders or umbrellas to their current policies. In today's litigious society, all it would take is for one person to ruin your day.
