If you are referring to WCR - Womens Council of Realtors - they do accept males and there have been many in leadership positions as well. The name is a remnant from the time it was founded when women were rather few among a predominantly male world in real estate!

Great question! I've wondered that too. Our local WCR accepts men as members and allows us to go to their events. I think I've been to one of their events so far.
