Winston, thank you for the platform; my answer is No. But, the real question is why do agents even buy leads? They are creating their own demise and here's why:
The conversion rate of an Internet lead is less than 2%. Because most leads are only online inquiries to offers and are resold to more than one agent.
If agents would just market to their closed business, current clients & network for referrals; Internet lead companies would die a quick death. The agent that relies on Internet leads is heading into a day where the lead provider dictates the commission. Did you know about 70% do rely on them according to NAR?
Don't believe me? Ask almost every major Hotel chain that fell victim to Internet leads. It happened to them. Chains like Marriott said "no" to leads and escaped that. They are still affected of course, their industry is forever changed. Ours is next folks. Those that buy and rely on leads are creating the slow death to why they got into to this industry to begin with...independence. Yep, soon there will be an app for that Realtor; or rather, in place of that Realtor.

Our Denver MLS sends the listing agent all the leads for our own listings, never selling them!

No, not at all. We are taking our business and adding our listing to their site and MLS should not be selling our listing to other websites.
