Competitor to ActiveRain, Ryan Huggins ? I doubt very much!
I have not heard of them as yet - and as of today, ActiveRain has almost 275,000+ subscribers all over the 'world' which includes support of thousands of professionals related to Real Estate Industry.

The best compliment is imitation.
It is not the website that matters but value of what those who participate bring.
This may be beneficial to those who make decisions for AR that agents have options.
And CHOICE is ALWAYS good.
History if full of the imitator overcoming the originator.
Example: Yahoo (remember the double "oo" movement) and Google.
Never heard of wikirealtor.

Good Monday morning Ryan. I have not heard of WikiRealty. I have not had any experience with this platform.

Ryan - Interesting, but not surprised that someone would eventually try and copy what AR has done. I have not heard of it, but will at least check it out.

I've never heard of this site, Ryan. Thanks for the letting us know about it. But I think I'll stay with AR. The proven blog leader.

Never heard of it, I'd stick to what is proven either ActiveRain or a Wordpress blog.

Does it have more than 272,990 members?
Does it have the hits globally?
One has to be #1 or #2 in any field to stand out.

I've never heard of it until now. I will check it out.
Edit: I just signed up...so I could get a follow link back to my site. Doesn't look like much. Very low traffic - on Alexa ranked 1.1 million. not much discussion. Couldn't figure out how to do a blog post. Not intuitive design.

I do not have time to add ANYTHING more. And I'm not a fan of wikipedia or wikileaks so no won't be going over there.
