If you're talking about HWA--my answer is a resounding yes. I like their 13 month warranty and I use it all the time and have them on my own home. They have done a super job for both me and my clients. I needed to have an A/C unit in my home replaced and it cost me all of $100.

I have clients who were dissatisfied with them.
The clients' stainless steel kitchen faucet broke and HWA replaced a piece of the faucet with a brushed nickel part. They were left with a working faucet that had two different finishes.
The clients didn't like the 50/50 faucet and HWA would not make it right.
HWA probably thought it was no big deal, but the clients were unhappy and said they will never use HWA again.
