So I did some work today... preparing an offer for a buyer... sending a contract to a seller to sign... and then I took a nice lunch break , sat outside to get some sun.. yeah it is actually sunny in chicago... and am now back to work, Work and play are important and sometimes we get out of balance.. To Chris and Dick this is something you should think about.

Both! Set a few hours aside to work your butt off, make some contacts, etc, then reward yourself with some downtime. For me, it's mostly work today.
